Currently, only select dumbbell movements automatically count and track your repetitions.
The remaining movements are self-guided, with adjustable repetition goals using the ➕ and ➖ buttons.

⏸️ Pause - Pause any timed exercise or rest period

Kabata sensors track repetitions, speed, and form for these movements.
Before starting each movement, you can manually adjust the weight to go heavier or lighter.
Each exercise can have either a target number of repetitions or a specific duration goal.
For duration-based movements, the system counts the number of reps you complete.
All reps must achieve a minimum range of motion to be counted properly.
At the beginning of each of these movements there is a “Hold Steady” calibration phase
