Make sure the base charger is plugged into the base and a working power outlet.

Check the battery contacts on the dumbbell and base to make sure they are clean and there are no debris or obstructions.

Make sure the dumbbells are fully seated in the base.
- Allow the base and dumbbells to charge for 10 minutes.

Press down on the dial to turn on the unit.
- If base does not power on - display and lights are off - then the battery may need inspection.
- If base powers on but does not seem to be charging. Try unplugging the base charger. The lights in the base should change color indicating a disconnection.
- Plug the charger back into the base and you should see a light change indicating the unit is receiving power. If there is no color change when connecting/disconnecting the charger - then inspect the wall outlet and/or charger.

To check the battery, disconnect the base from the charger.

Remove the battery door (located on the bottom of the base) with a Philips head screwdriver.

Check the battery to ensure it is properly connected and not damaged.

If the battery is connected and undamaged - try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.
- Try connecting the charger and powering on the unit. If the base is still not functional then reach out to customer support to see if a battery replacement is needed.
